Let us know which tool, what browser and device you're on, and what you expected instead. Because nothing you enter into any tool leaves your browser, we can't look at your session on our end — your description is what we've got to work with.

A screenshot helps more than a paragraph of description most of the time, especially for anything visual — a layout that looks broken, a result that doesn't match what you entered, or a button that isn't responding. If you can include one, do.

Suggesting a new tool

Most of the tools on this site started as a specific request or a gap someone pointed out in an existing one. If there's a couple-focused calculator, quiz, or generator you keep looking for elsewhere and not finding, that's exactly the kind of email worth sending — even a rough one-line idea is enough to start from.

Response time

This is a small, independently run site rather than a large team, so replies aren't instant — but every message does get read. Bug reports affecting a tool for many users tend to get priority over general feedback, simply because they affect the most people fastest.
